Fortnite is extending the Refer-a-Friend Beta program, which rewards participating players with some exclusive swag. The campaign is now valid until January 10, 2022, 11:59 pm ET, while completing tasks for rewards is open until March 15, 2022, 11:59 pm ET.
How to Sign Up and Claim Exclusive Rewards?
Fortnite has just extended the Refer-a-Friend Beta program, bringing the drive validity until early next year. This means that active players still have more time to bring their friends along in the game and complete tasks together for some cool rewards. Effectively, the extension will see the program on a little more than 2 months’ stretch since its initial implementation last October 25, 2021.
In order to participate, interested parties must follow this given series of steps:
- Register on the Refer-a-Friend website using a valid Epic Games account.
- Tag up to a maximum of five eligible friends via the website in order to play Fortnite.
- Once registered, have you and your signed-up friend complete tasks together.
- Earn rewards after completing challenges.
The prizes to claim are as follows:
- “Gridlock” Loading Screen.
- “Miridescent” Wrap.
- “Flair Fare” Glider.
- “Drive Shaft” Pickaxe.
- “Rainbow Racer” Outfit.
What makes a friend qualified for the program?
Fortnite is open for most demographics. But certain requirements must be met in order for someone to qualify in the Refer-a-Friend program:
- Must be 13 years of age or older.
- Has a valid Epic Games account.
- Permission from a legal guardian or parent, if minor.
- Must not be individually sanctioned or is coming from a region that is prohibited by U.S. law. Such as the Crimea region, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria.
- Must not be associated with any Epic Games employee.
Plenty of time still to bring friends along and earn exclusive rewards together.
