A ragtag of criminals called The Graveltop Gang is bringing the Wild West to Rainbow Six Siege. It coincides with the return of the Showdown at Fort Truth, beginning from September 21 until September 28, 2021. But players can take the side of The Law and bring the menacing group to justice. Or simply, prevent them from taking someone’s valuable gold.

What else is coming with the return of Showdown at Fort Truth?

The Wild West will not be complete without The Graveltop Gang themselves, which is comprised of people dubbed the ‘baddest of the bad’ and ‘ugliest of the ugly’. Namely, the bad team consists of:

  • Aria “Alibi” de Luca,
  • Jalal “Kaid” El Fassi,
  • Taina “Caveira” Pereira,
  • Adriano “Maestro” Martello,
  • Julien “Rook” Nizan

Countering the evil presence of the gang is also the good people of The Law, the stalwart protector of Fort Truth. It consists of a team of vigilante sheriffs, namely:

  • Erik “Maverick” Thorn
  • Eliza “Ash” Cohen
  • Emmanuelle “Twitch” Pichon
  • Vicente “Capitão” Souza
  • Timur “Glaz” Glazkov

Making the Wild West an exciting feature than just pitting together against opposing groups is the 3V3 gameplay mode using only two weapons: BOSG.12.2 or the LFP586. Through this, players will get to engage themselves in the exclusive Secure Area map, which is notorious for its reduced functionality. More specifically, the limited HUD, which entails ‘No health, ammo, or crosshair!’

Lastly, there’s also the Showdown Collection, which contains 31 items, both old and new. Just log in during the event and players can earn themselves a free Showdown Pack.

Truly, experiencing the days of yore, Wild West-style, makes for an interesting introduction to the modern shooter, that is, Rainbow Six Siege. But more or less interesting is also the most concerning issues plaguing Rainbow Six Siege.
