Rocket League Celebrates Pride Month

Rocket League is promoting unity and inclusivity with some colourful giveaways in celebration of Pride Month. Best represented, in particular, by a bundle of a vibrant-looking set of wheels as well as Player Anthem. LGBTQ+ represent.

How exactly is Rocket League celebrating Pride Month?

In celebration of the vivacious occasion, Rocket League is launching a free giveaway that will see players an equally multi-colored set of wheels, the Love ISLV Wheels. Some vividly gaudy wheelset that pairs perfectly with a chassis that is either in pink or varicoloured as well.

Complementing the flamboyant wheels are also a list of songs made by artists from the LGBTQ+ community themselves. Dubbed Love ISLV, the playlist consists of the following songs by various music talents in the community:

  • “Imagine” by Ben Platt

  • “Platinum” by Big Freedia

  • “Bad Girl” by Daya

  • “Found My Friends” by Hayley Kiyoko

  • “Malibu” by Kim Petras

  • “PAIN” by King Princess

  • “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)” by Lil Nas X

  • “STUD” by Troye Sivan

The free songs will not be immediately available to players until they hit the Item Shop on June 28, 2021, at 6 p.m. PDT (June 22 at 1 a.m. UTC). But Rocket League players will have throughout the month to listen to the songs as they play in the background via Rocket League Radio. Truly, a happy time for the LGBTQ+ community to be playing Rocket League across June.
